Tournament Participation and Fair Play

All tournament participants must compete fairly and honestly. The use of cheats, exploits, unauthorized software, or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and potential account termination.

Players are responsible for their own internet connection, device performance, and compliance with individual game terms of service during tournament play.

Payment Processing and Prize Distribution

Entry fees, subscription payments, and other financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

Prize distributions are subject to verification procedures and may be delayed pending investigation of suspected rule violations or fraudulent activities. Winners must provide valid payment information for prize collection.

Intellectual Property and Content Rights

RallyGrid and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

By uploading content to our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services, while retaining ownership of your original content.

User Conduct and Community Standards

Users must maintain respectful behavior toward other players, organizers, and platform staff. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or any form of discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate account suspension.

Spam, advertising, or promotional content unrelated to tournament activities is prohibited. Users should report violations through our designated reporting mechanisms.

Tournament Organization and Management

Tournament organizers are responsible for setting clear rules, managing their events fairly, and distributing prizes as advertised. RallyGrid provides the platform but does not guarantee the conduct of individual organizers.

Disputes between participants and organizers should be resolved through our dispute resolution process. We reserve the right to intervene in cases of clear rule violations or fraudulent behavior.

Anti-Cheat and Security Measures

Our anti-cheat systems may monitor gameplay, device information, and user behavior to detect violations. By participating in tournaments, you consent to such monitoring and agree to cooperate with investigations.

Attempts to circumvent security measures, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or interfere with anti-cheat systems will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Data Usage and Privacy Compliance

Your use of our platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Tournament results and performance data may be publicly displayed for competitive transparency.

You have control over certain privacy settings, but some information sharing is necessary for tournament functionality and fair play enforcement.

Platform Availability and Technical Requirements

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. Users are responsible for meeting minimum technical requirements for tournament participation.

We are not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

RallyGrid provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use, tournament participation, or interactions with other users.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Subscription Services and Billing

Subscription services for organizers and advanced users are billed on a recurring basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused portions.

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice, and continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new rates.

Third-Party Integrations and External Links

Our platform may integrate with third-party services or contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of these third parties.

Users interact with third-party services at their own risk and should review the applicable terms and policies of those services independently.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes arising from these terms or platform use will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the appropriate courts of New York.

Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately, though you may retain access to free features subject to these terms.

We may retain certain information after account closure as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including maintaining tournament historical records.

Modifications to Terms and Platform

We reserve the right to modify these terms, platform features, or service offerings at any time. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent platform notices with reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of our services after term modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
